“ Star Noodle is def 5 stars. We got there right at opening to get a spot and it was already packed. Even though it was mostly reservations only, the staff didn't want us to wait because we had a baby. And boy oh boy was this place worth it. I left Maui weeks ago and still think about how good the food was. Not a single thing we had tasted bad and they were extremely accommodating to put a few items on the side for group members who had dietary restrictions. ”

“ Incredible! The service was OUTSTANDING! I got there at 7:30 for my 8pm reservation and they sat and served me immediately, Robin and Jared were such a light in my night, so kind and so helpful! I was dining alone but they didn’t let me feel alone. The food...wow! So fresh and full of flavor! The Vietnamese crepes are a build your own situation but the sauce with the pork and shrimp is to die for. The hot n sour ramen with the homemade noodles is SO UNIQUE! It has the traditional hot n sour base and then shrimp and smoked prosciutto which paired so well with the soup base. It was dark when I went but I’m sure the ocean views are impeddable. This place is not overhyped it’s perfect, go support them in Lahaina! Reservations on OpenTable are a MUST! ”
“ Sitting here now 6/20/25 7:45. Writing this review while still eating as I’m having some of the best ramen I’ve ever had and I’ve had A LOT. We had a large party so tried a wide range of of menu items and they were al outstanding. We sat at the bar and our bartender(Johnny) made several outstanding recommendations. Johnny and the other staff were also outstanding, friendly and helpful. They got us in even though they had a full house. One of the best restaurants we have had on all of the different islands! ”

Beautiful views from what we saw in others photos of the beach, we had a reservation after sunset, but having the ocean sounds in the background made for a relaxing dining experience. ”
